We care about delivering your orders quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping with us:
Shipping to all governorates in Egypt is 60 EGP. If the customer doesn't receive the product, only the shipping fee is paid.
📅 Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed and prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🛑 Important Notes:
Make sure to enter the shipping address correctly and completely to avoid any delays.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

If delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient or communication problems, the order may be returned to the warehouse, and the shipping fee will be deducted upon reshipment.
